so i've been finger breakdancing for a while. (see also: jetleigh's crapping hand dog -- don't ask.) anyway, i found this and realized how much more awesome it is when you have tiny little shoes. where can i find these?!

another successful dish!!

so ryan and i cooked again last night.

what we had:

chicken breast seasoned with salt, pepper, and cayenne. then coated with panko bread crumbs and baked in the over at 350 for about 20-25 mins.

sauteed leeks in olive oil. seasoned with salt and pepper. added in chicken broth which cooked out to intensify flavor.

vodka sauce (canned - eek, sorry.) with minced shallots.

here's a pic of the plated dish.



i really liked it. more than ryan, actually. but either way, we both felt it was successful.
